400 Block Mansfield Cardinal Road – Protective CustodyOfficers responded to a welfare check. Officers made contact with a person who intentionally sat in the roadway and refused to move. EMS assisted in transporting the subject to a local hospital for an emergency detention and a mental evaluation.
