KKB engages residents and businesses to take greater responsibility for improving the community’s appearance and environment. They also develop and coordinate beautification-related programming, outreach, and events, and serve as the Tree Advisory Board and the Tree City USA liaison.

Presented by KKB, this event offers residents a chance to properly dispose of household chemicals, electronics, batteries, light bulbs, paint, and other items that should not be sent to the landfill. There will also be a paper shredding company on-site for personal documents.
The landfill will accept bulky items, including furniture, mattresses, brush, and tires. The tire collection is sponsored by Bluebonnet RC&D, Inc., in conjunction with TCEQ enforcement action.
The First United Methodist Church Mission Store will accept donations of gently-used clothing and shoes.

This free community event is proudly presented by the Parks & Recreation Board, with support from The Mission Store and BSA Troop 35.
If you're able, please bring canned goods to donate to the Kennedale FUMC Mission Store Food Pantry, which benefits local families. They're located at 229 W 4th Street.
Boy Scout Troop 35 will be onsite selling food as a fundraiser.

Court is held once per month on the fourth Wednesday beginning at 1:30PM. Dockets include Juvenile First Appearance and Revocation Hearings, Adult First Appearance Hearings, Attorney Plea Dockets, Pre-Trial Hearings, Bond Hearings, Civil Property Hearings and Scire Facias Bond Forfeiture Hearings and Bench and Jury Trials. All jury trials will be held at 9:00AM, but only on an as needed basis
