On behalf of the City of Kennedale’s Emergency Management Department, the North Central Texas Council of Governments will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the Tarrant County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HazMAP). A HazMAP identifies natural hazards – such as tornadoes and flooding – that could impact the jurisdiction and identifies actions to mitigate those impacts.

This board advises and formulates recommendations to the City Council for the use, improvement, and growth of parks and recreation activities within the city. The board is also responsible for development and implementation of community events. Regular Meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month.

The deadline to file is Friday, February 16, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. However, we do urge you to file as soon as possible. There is no filing fee. Municipal Court is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Dockets include Juvenile First Appearance and Revocation Hearings, Adult First Appearance Hearings, Attorney Plea Dockets, Pre-Trial Hearings, Bond Hearings, Civil Property Hearings, Scire Facias Bond Forfeiture Hearings, and Bench and Jury Trials. NOTE: All jury trials will be held at 9:00 a.m., but are only scheduled on an as-needed basis.
