    Whether it is referred to as drunk driving, driving while intoxicated (DWI), or driving under the influence (DUI), impaired driving means a person’s ability to safely operate a moving vehicle is compromised by alcohol and/or other drugs that change the function of the brain and body.


    Municipal Court Week – November 5-9, 2018 – is dedicated to appreciating the contributions that Texas municipal courts make to the safety and well-being of our communities. Stop by City Hall during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) to try on Impaired Driving Goggles or pick up free traffic safety materials!

    November 6, 2018, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ First United Methodist Church

    The Soup Kitchen an outreach program of the First United Methodist Church of Kennedale that is run by Founder Joveta Kanion, Executive Chef Raymond Lee, and volunteers. People who are homeless, struggling families, seniors, and those with disabilities are invited to the fellowship building for a hearty and nutritious meal every Tuesday evening. A donation of $5.00 per meal is appreciated from those who are able, with proceeds benefiting the continuation of the program.
