Due to construction in the area, the northern entrance to the Magnolia Hills subdivision will be periodically closed, at which times the Collett Sublett Road entrance should be used to access the neighborhood. This will continue throughout all phases of construction, but staff aims to minimize the inconvenience.
The City Council also recently approved a contract for the engineering to resurface Collett Sublett Road and improve drainage. A start date for this project has not yet been determined, but we will keep you informed.
