BE ADVISED: Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley has enacted the attached Amended Declaration of Local Emergency Due to Public Health Emergency, effective 12:01 a.m., TOMORROW, Thursday, March 19. Restrictions include:
• limits gatherings to no more than 50 people
• limits restaurants to take out, delivery, or drive-in, or drive-thru service
• orders the closure of bars, lounges, or taverns; commercial amusement establishment, bingo halls; theaters; gyms; and private clubs.
• limits the occupancy of many stores and public locations to 50% occupancy or 125 individuals, whichever is less
