400 Block Mansfield Cardinal Road – Assault
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found a victim who had been assaulted suffering from visible bodily injury. The suspect was arrested and transported without incident.
1200 Block Cross Creek Drive – Theft
An officer took a report for Theft of a Firearm.
500 Block S Dick Price Road – Burglary
An officer took a report for Burglary of a Building.
700 Block W Kennedale Parkway – Assault
The responding officer took a report for Assault Bodily Injury involving two victims.
1200 Block W Kennedale Parkway – Evading Arrest/Detention
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance that originated with an attempted theft. The complainant stated that they were threatened by a subject who was later found to be armed with a knife. The suspect refused to comply with Officers and evaded detention brandishing a knife and a metal pipe while running through lanes of traffic and around vehicles. Officers were eventually able to successfully gain control of the suspect without injury and transported the arrestee to a local mental health facility. The suspect was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Evading Arrest and or Detention, Resisting Arrest, and Impeding Traffic.
800 Block W Pennsylvania Avenue – Warrant Service
Officers made an arrest of subject with an active warrant. The subject was transported to jail without incident.
500 Block Steeplechase Trail – Prowler
A known, intoxicated suspect was reported to have been on a neighbor’s property looking through a window. The suspect was identified the next day and issued a Criminal Trespass warning at the request of the complainant.
500 Block Gail Drive – Cruelty to Livestock
Responding officers took a report regarding owner failing to reasonably provide necessary food, water or care for livestock animals in their custody. The Humane Society was also contacted for a follow-up investigation.
1000 Block N Little School Road – Deadly Conduct
Officers were dispatched to a gunshot investigation. Officers took an offense report for Deadly Conduct regarding a person knowingly discharging a firearm at or in the direction of a habitation. No suspects at this time.
100 Block Oakwood Lane – Criminal Mischief
Officers responded to a general disturbance. The complainant advised that a naked person was damaging their vehicle. Officers were able to locate the suspect who was later transported to a local mental health facility. The suspect was charged with Criminal Mischief for the damage.
500 Block Gail Drive – Hit and Run
Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash that caused damage to a mailbox and a sewer cover. No vehicle description was provided and no injuries were reported.
