The unofficial totals from the recent election have been calculated. The City of Kennedale anticipates canvassing the election results at a Special Called Meeting on May 13, 2025. Once canvassed, the results will become official.
Due to no candidate receiving a majority of the votes for City Council Place 3, a run-off election between the top two candidates is required. The run-off election is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
Further details, including the Notice of Run-Off Election, will be published in accordance with state law and the City of Kennedale Charter.
