07/21 - Theft $50 to $500 - 200 block of Pine Meadows: At 2:30 a.m.a female victim reported that a male suspect had just removed her bicycle from her front porch and rode it north onto New Hope Road. The bicycle was valued at $80.00.
07/22 - Theft $50 to $500 - 3800 block of Kennedale New Hope Road: At 12:43 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a theft. The victim reported that unknown suspect(s) removed a camera and battery from the property. The value was placed at $275.00.
07/22 - Theft of Material - 300 block of 5th Street: At 4:00 p.m. a victim reported the theft of copper tubing from a trailer parked next to his driveway. The victim provided police with a video of the suspect removing the property.
07/23 - Theft $500 to $1,500 - 400 block of E. Kennedale Parkway: A female victim reported to police that her go-cart was stolen sometime during the day. The go-cart was valued at $800.00. It was taken from the driveway of the residence.
07/24 - Possession of Controlled Substance - 300 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 11:08 a.m. an officer stopped a suspicious vehicle occupied by two males and two females. During the stop the officer developed reason to believe that the vehicle possibly contained narcotics. A Fort Worth Police Department K9 unit responded and alerted to the vehicle. A small bag of a substance believed to be methamphetamine was found by the front passenger wheel.
07/24 - Burglary - 3800 block of Kennedale New Hope Road: At 4:01 p.m. an officer met with a victim for a theft report. The victim stated that he has a vacant house that he came by to check on and discovered that several appliances had been removed. The value of the stolen items was set at $7,350.00.
07/25 - Emotionally Disturbed Person - 100 block of Oakwood Lane: At 2:54 a.m. an officer responded to a report of a drug overdose. On arrival the officer observed a female who had taken an unknown quantity of pills in an attempt to harm herself. The female was transported to JPS for psychiatric evaluation.
07/25 - Missing Person - 400 block of Coker Valley Drive: At 2:02 p.m. an officer took a missing person report on a 20 year old female. The mother of the female stated that she had not been able to contact her daughter since 07/22/2013. Her daughter was going to register for college and go to work in Dallas. The officer contacted several acquaintances of the victim but received no further information on her whereabouts. The victim was entered into the missing persons database.
07/27 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 1300 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 5:08 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a warrant investigation. During an interview with the two female occupants, the officer discovered a marijuana pipe that belonged to the female passenger. The passenger was cited for the paraphernalia and the driver was cited for an expired vehicle inspection and no insurance.
