08/05 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 1200 block of Stonehill Court: At 10:17 a.m. a victim reported to police that jewelry had been stolen from his home. The victim was able to name a suspect and stated that the value of the jewelry was estimated at $10,195.00.

08/05 - Burglary - 800 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 8:09 p.m. a victim reported to police that his rented storage unit had been burglarized. Unknown suspect(s) cut the lock and entered, removing several items of value including a $62,000 motorized wheel chair.

08/06 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 8:54 a.m. officers were dispatched to a "rolling domestic disturbance" that had left a convenience store on Kennedale Parkway. The vehicle, a 2000 Ford Explorer, was located and stopped for further investigation. During the stop it was determined that the argument was verbal only. During the interview officers discovered drug paraphernalia in the vehicle belonging to a passenger, who was cited. The paraphernalia was seized and booked into evidence.

08/06 - Use/Possession of Identifying Info - 1200 block of Crosscreek: At 3:30 p.m. a victim reported to police that his identifying information had been used to take out a pay day loan and to open an investment account. The victim had no idea who used his information to open the accounts.

08/07 - Burglary - 800 block of Woodland Court: At 6:40 p.m. a victim reported to police that his 9mm handgun had been stolen from his residence. Unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door of the residence to gain entry.

08/08 - Burglary - 500 block of North Road: At 3:08 p.m. an officer took a report of a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) removed a 3.5 ton air conditioning unit and two T.V.s from the residence. The items were valued at $2,379.00.

08/08 - Assault Bodily Injury (Family Member) - 119A Peach Tree Court: At 4:20 p.m. an officer responded to Harris Hospital Southwest on an assault complaint. The 22 year old female victim told officers that she was assaulted by a known 25 year old suspect with whom she had had a relationship. The victim is pregnant and the suspect was aware of the pregnancy when he committed the assault. The victim left the scene and drove to the hospital. The suspect was not on scene.

08/08 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 9:15 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for driving with no headlights. The license plate on the vehicle showed it to be stolen out of Arlington. The driver, a 56 year old male, stated that he was a mechanic and was test driving the car to check his repairs. The driver had outstanding warrants from Forest Hill and Arlington. He was arrested for the warrants but was released pending further investigation on the stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and impounded.

08/09 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 12:44 a.m. an officer observed a suspicious vehicle in a convenience store parking lot. The vehicle drove away upon seeing the officer and was stopped for an equipment violation. The occupants, two males and a female, appeared nervous and gave conflicting stories about what they were doing and where they were going. During the course of the stop, the officer located numerous items used to package methamphetamine as well as a pipe with marijuana residue. All occupants were issued citations for the paraphernalia.

08/09 - Burglary - 600 block of Dick Price Road: At 2:22 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's garage and removed $929.00 worth of power tools.

08/09 - Aggravated Robbery - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 9:29 p.m. officers responded to a report of an aggravated (armed) robbery at a convenience store. A store employee reported that a male entered the store and demanded money. The male then left on foot and ran towards Valley Lane. A witness stated that he saw the suspect behind an automotive business running west. The suspect was not located by officers. The amount of money taken was undetermined.

08/10 - Criminal Mischief - 6700 block of Hudson Village Creek Road: At 11:19 p.m. a victim reported to an officer that two of her tires were slashed while parked at Kennedale Speedway Park. The victim listed a possible suspect who was seen at the location earlier in the evening. The tires were valued at $200.00.
