11/06 - DWI (BAC > 0.15%) - 4800 block of U.S. Highway 287: At 2:50 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle strike a shopping cart in the parking lot of Walmart on Little School Road. Upon contacting the driver, the officer noticed that he appeared extremely intoxicated. The driver, a 40 year old male, was unable to successfully complete a sobriety assessment and was placed under arrest for DWI. During a search of the arrestee's person, he was also found to be in possession of two baggies of marijuana as well as numerous identity badges for employees of the Cowboys AT&T stadium. A breath test resulted in a blood alcohol content result of over 0.20%. The badges were removed and held as possible evidence until the stadium can be contacted.

11/07 - Criminal Mischief $500 to $1,500 - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 11:08 a.m. a 46 year old male victim reported that his 2002 Chevy truck was damaged overnight. Person(s) unknown scratched the bed and driver's side tail light with an unknown sharp object. The damage was estimated at $1,200.00.

11/07 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle - 7000 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 3:17 p.m. an officer was dispatched to a local tow company on a stolen vehicle recovery. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Fort Worth. A recovery form was generated and Fort Worth was notified.

11/08 - Driving with License Invalid - 1300 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 2:34 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The 32 year old male driver stated that he did not have a driver license or insurance. During the interview it was determined that his driver's license had been suspended for no insurance and he had numerous arrest warrants out of Arlington. He was arrested and transported to Mansfield for booking. During the booking process, it was discovered that the driver's Texas license was in his wallet along with a second driver's license from Mississippi. Both were seized as evidence and logged in the property room.
