11/17 - Possession of Marijuana - 1000 block of Corry A. Edwards: At 10:13 p.m. an officer checked a license plate on a moving vehicle. The license plate check returned with a warrant attached to it from Haltom City. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer determined that the driver, a 26 year old female, did have an active warrant from Haltom City. The warrant was confirmed. Upon approaching the vehicle to contact the driver, the officer smelled an odor of burned marijuana. During the interview the driver admitted to smoking the marijuana. The driver displayed a small amount of the drug and the officer then conducted a search of the vehicle. Marijuana was found on both the driver and the 23 year old female passenger. In addition the passenger was in possession of several Hydrocodone pills but had no prescription for them. Both females were arrested and transported to Mansfield for booking. The narcotics were placed into evidence.
11/18 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 1200 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 12:55 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the interview it was determined that the driver of the vehicle was in possession of a narcotics pipe and a needle used to inject drugs. The driver was issued a citation for the paraphernalia. The items were placed into evidence.
11/19 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 4100 block of Dick Price Road: At 8:50 a.m. an officer responded to a report of a vehicle burglary and a vehicle theft. The offenses occurred on the same piece of property. The complainant reported that sometime over the weekend person(s) unknown had entered two vehicles and removed $700.00 worth of equipment. Person(s) unknown also removed a 2002 Chevy truck from the property.
11/19 - Assault (Bodily Injury) (Family Member) - 500 block of North Road: At 3:15 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During the investigation a 35 year old male was arrested for assaulting his 26 year old girlfriend. The male was transported to Mansfield for booking.
11/20 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 1200 block of Bowman Springs: At 12:15 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the interview the officer observed a bag containing narcotics paraphernalia laying in plain view on the back seat. The officer located other paraphernalia in the vehicle subsequent to the discovery of the bag. The 18 year old driver was issued a citation for the paraphernalia. The 19 year old passenger was wanted for an outstanding theft warrant and was transported to Mansfield for booking.
11/20 - Criminal Mischief $50 to $500 - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 3:04 p.m. an officer responded to a report of criminal mischief to a building. Person(s) unknown sprayed painted graffiti onto a building.
11/20 - Credit/Debit Card Abuse - 1500 block of Gilman Road: At 3:35 p.m. an officer took a report for stolen property. The victim reported that she was missing a flat screen TV and her bank debit card. The debit card had been used for several transactions. The victim believes that an acquaintance took the property while in her home.
