11/24 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 900 block of Corry A. Edwards Drive: At 3:00 a.m. an officer responded to an apartment complex on a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle, a 2006 Ford flatbed, belonged to the complainant's company in Mansfield. The vehicle was last seen at 9:30 p.m. when the complainant went out. On his return the vehicle was missing. The complainant's son stated that he heard the vehicle leave at 2:00 a.m. but thought it was the complainant driving. The vehicle was valued at $14,000.00 and contained tools valued at $4,000.00.
11/25 - Possession of Dangerous Drugs - 400 block of Dick Price Road: At 8:56 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the stop the driver, a 26 year old female, was discovered to have an outstanding warrant. During the warrant check the driver made numerous furtive gestures to her lap. When asked to exit the vehicle the driver was observed to have a large bulge in her clothing. The bulge turned out to be a bag with marijuana and Xanax bars. A field test was positive for the narcotics. She was arrested and transported to Mansfield for booking.
11/26 - Burglary - 700 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 4:12 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a workshop burglary. The victim reported that someone had pried open a door to his workshop and removed $1,340.00 worth of tools. The victim was able to identify a suspect.
11/29 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 6500 block of Treepoint Drive: At 1:40 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the stop the officer could smell an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver, a 28 year old male, was found to have a small amount of marijuana on his person. He was charged and released. The marijuana was booked into evidence.
11/29 - Theft $50 to $500 - 1000 block of Bowman Springs Road: At 5:19 p.m. a victim reported the theft of a weed eater. The victim stated that a family member came to his home for Thanksgiving. During the day, the family member left with the victim's truck. The victim later noticed that his weed eater was missing. The family member has stolen the weed eater before and pawned it for money. The victim went to the suspect's home and confronted him. The victim recovered his vehicle but the suspect denied taking the weed eater. The suspect was given a trespass warning for the victim's property.
11/29 - Burglary - 1200 block of Sublett Road: At 6:38 p.m. a victim reported to officers that his home had been broken into. The suspect(s) removed a number of item including electronics. The missing items were valued at $8,530.00. The victim was able to name a suspect that the victim's wife had noticed watching the home earlier in the day.
11/30 - Burglary - 5800 block of Eden Road: At 2:39 p.m. a victim reported a burglary. The victim had just returned home from a week-long trip and discovered that their home had been broken into. The suspect(s) entered by breaking a rear window and appeared to have exited through the back door. The suspect(s) took electronics and a lawn mower. The items were valued at $2,100.00. The victim was able to name a suspect.
