03/10 - Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information - 600 block of Fawn Meadow Trail: At 6:58 p.m. a victim reported to police that person(s) unknown had used her identifying information to open a bank account with Chase Bank. There were several outstanding checks on the account that were affecting the victim's credit history. The checks were all written out of state and contained false personal information for the address and phone number.
03/11 - Possession of Controlled Substance - 5200 block of S.E. Loop 820: At 1:54 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 38 year old male, stated he was staying at the Knight's Inn in Forest Hill with a female he met online. During the stop it was determined that the male had a parole violation warrant out of Dallas County for possession of a controlled substance. He also had outstanding warrants from Denton and Collin counties. During the arrest the officer discovered that the male had a baggie of methamphetamine on his person. He was arrested and transported to the Mansfield jail for booking.
03/12 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle - 300 block of Spring Branch: At 5:43 p.m. an officer responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle. While going to the call the officer was advised by dispatch that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Fort Worth by a suspect using a knife. The vehicle, a 2011 Chrysler 200, had been parked in a residential neighborhood for a week. The vehicle was parked unlocked with the keys in the ignition. It was impounded and held for Fort Worth Police.
03/12 - Forgery - 400 block of Municipal Drive: At 8:10 p.m. a victim reported that person(s) unknown had used her bank account and routing information to pass forged checks worth a total of $590.67. The victim had no idea how the suspect(s) obtained the information.
03/14 - Vehicle Burglary - 300 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 7:28 a.m. a victim reported that a company vehicle was broken into overnight. The vehicle was parked in a fenced-in area but entry was made through an unsecured hole in the fence. The vehicle's windows were broken out to gain entry into the vehicle. A number of hand tools were stolen.
03/14 - Criminal Mischief - 1000 block of Estates Drive: At 8:29 p.m. officers were dispatched to a complaint about glass breakage. The complainant stated that glass could be heard breaking at a construction site. Officers discovered one home under construction that had several windows broken but nothing was missing. No objects were found that could have caused the breakage.
03/15 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle - 7000 block of Kennedale Parkway: At 9:55 a.m. an officer was dispatched at the request of Arlington P.D. to verify a recovered stolen vehicle, a 2007 GMC Sierra truck. The vehicle was located at the storage yard of a tow company. It was damaged and missing the wheels and tires. After verifying the vehicle for Arlington, it was left at the storage yard.
03/15 - Public Intoxication - 1200 block of Kennedale Parkway: An officer responded to a report of an intoxicated person. On arrival the officer located the suspect who was obviously intoxicated and a danger to himself. He was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Mansfield jail for booking.
