03/17 - Use/Possession of Identifying Information - 1100 block of Fawn Meadow Trail: At 4:17 p.m. a victim reported to police that someone had filed a false income tax return in her name. The offense was discovered when the victim attempted to file her actual tax return. The victim reported that she was aware of at least one instance where delinquent utility bills in another state are listed in her name but are not hers. It is believed that the theft may have occurred several years ago when the victim moved to Texas from out of state. The movers failed to deliver several boxes including one with old tax documents.

03/18 - Assault (Bodily Injury) Family Member - 5900 block of Eden Road: At 7:00 a.m. officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. On arrival they met with the 53 year old female victim. The victim stated that she had been assaulted by her 48 year old husband. The victim stated that they were arguing over her husband's insistence that she attend a class in order to drop a domestic assault charge against him in a prior complaint, which was also committed against the same victim. She refused and attempted to leave in her vehicle. The suspect began assaulting her in order to prevent her from leaving. When she finally was forcefully pulled from the car, the suspect left in the vehicle. The suspect was not on scene when officers arrived.

03/18 - Theft Under $50 - 1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 10:06 p.m. a complainant reported to police that an unknown male had removed a case of beer without paying for it. The male got into a white Pontiac and left the scene. The complainant provided a physical description of the suspect as well as a license plate number for the vehicle.

03/19 - Vehicle Burglary - 300 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 7:46 a.m. a victim reported that two company vehicles had been broken into while parked at her business. The vehicles' batteries were removed while they were parked within in a secured fence.

03/19 - Criminal Mischief $500 to $1,500 - 1000 block of Estates Drive: At 12:20 p.m. a victim reported that a home under construction had been damaged. The home had 8 windows that were broken out. It is believed that juveniles living in the neighborhood may have caused the damage.

03/20 - Burglary - 6700 block of Hudson Village Creek Road: At 10:05 a victim reported to police that his Honda 4-wheel ATV was taken from a storage shed on his business property. Person(s) unknown pried the door open and removed the vehicle, valued at $2,000.00.

03/21 Death Investigation - 400 block of Linda Drive: At 3:10 p.m. officers responded to a deceased person. The victim, a 45 year old male, had been found by his son. Foul play is not suspected.

03/21 - Missing Person (Juvenile) - 900 block of Wildcat Way: At 3:52 p.m. a complainant attempted to pick up his son from Kennedale High School. He was unable to locate the 15 year old male. The missing juvenile's cousin also attends the school and stated that he saw the juvenile shortly before school dismissed. Attempts to contact the missing juvenile via cell phone were unsuccessful. A report was made and the missing juvenile was entered into the national database for juveniles.

03/21 - Criminal Mischief $1,500 to $20,000 - 100 block of Arthur Drive: At 5:22 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a damaged mailbox. The victim reported that an unknown vehicle had knocked her mailbox down and drove away. The property was valued at $1,500.00 to $2,000.00.

03/22 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 400 block of Kevin Miller Road: At 6:07 a.m. a victim reported that the catalytic convertor on his 2008 Dodge truck was stolen overnight. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the home. The value was placed at $4,500.00.

03/22 - Abandoned/Found Property - 1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 7:30 a.m. a complainant turned in a wallet that was found on the street. The wallet contained identifying information on a male but the male's residence and contact information could not be located. The wallet was placed in property and evidence for safekeeping.
