04/13 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle - 4300 block of Eden Road: At 7:34 p.m. an officer observed a black Mercedes parked in a business parking area. The vehicle had no license plates and had body damage. A check of the vehicle identification number revealed that the vehicle was stolen out of Fort Worth in October of 2012. The vehicle was secured and impounded for processing by Fort Worth crime scene officers.
04/15 - Sexual Assault - 200 block of Pine Meadows Drive: At 4:45 p.m. a victim reported to police that she was sexually assaulted on 04/12/2014 by a known male neighbor. The victim stated that she went next door to a party. At one point during the party, a known male neighbor began to sexually assault the victim on a living room couch. The victim was able to break free and return to her residence. The suspect has been identified by the investigating officer.
04/16 - Assault by Contact - 200 block of Pine Meadows: At 7:02 a.m. officers were dispatched to a disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with a 47 year old female victim. The victim stated that she was assaulted by a 37 year old female neighbor. The victim stated that they got into an argument over gifts given by the suspect to the victim. The suspect knocked the victim down and struck her while on the ground. The suspect was issued a citation for assault by contact.
04/16 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 100 block of Industrial Drive: At 8:01 a.m. a victim reported to police that his business experienced a theft overnight. Persons unknown entered the business storage yard by cutting the lock. Scrap metal and piping valued at $2,000.00 were removed. The suspects and their vehicle, as well as the theft, were captured on surveillance video.
04/17 - Burglary - 700 block of Woodland Court: At 5:21 p.m. a victim reported that his residence was broken into by person(s) unknown. The victim was not home at the time. Suspect(s) removed tools and knives valued at $429.00. Entry was made through a rear bedroom window and exit was through the front door. The damage to the window and storm door was estimated at $70.00.
04/18 - Animal Complaint - 4000 block of Danny Drive: At 3:54 p.m. officers responded to a dog bite complaint. The victim was a 9 year old child who was bitten by a neighbor's German shepherd mix. The victim was treated by paramedics. The dog's owner was ordered to make arrangements for the quarantine of the animal.
04/19 - Theft $50 to $500 - 100 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 10:52 a.m. a theft was reported by a local business. The on-duty clerk reported that a male suspect came into the store and placed a number of items in a hand basket. The suspect then left the store without paying. The clerk recognized the suspect from previous shopping trips. The theft was captured on store video.
