11/23 - Criminal Mischief - 100 block of Pine Meadows: At 1:20 p.m. officers responded to a report of a damaged windshield. The victim, a 27 year old female, stated that she had been at a friend's house earlier and that the friend/suspect accused her of stealing money from his wallet. The suspect, a 31 year old male, struck the victim's windshield with a crowbar, causing a hole and other damage. The suspect was still at the location and was placed under arrest for the criminal mischief. He was transported to jail without incident.
11/24 - Theft $50 to $500 - 4200 block of Dick Price: At 2:45 p.m. an officer responded to a theft report. The victim reported that three days earlier person(s) unknown had removed a water pump valued at $500.00 from the location.
11/25 - Possession od Drug Paraphernalia - 700 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 4:07 p.m. an officer observed two males in what appeared to be a drug transaction. One of the males was on a motorcycle and the other was on foot. As the officer attempted to stop the motorcycle the male operator fled and the officer terminated his attempt to stop. Upon returning to make contact with the pedestrian, the officer observed him throw an object to the ground. The object was retrieved and turned out to be a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine. No other contraband was located on the male. He was cited for the pipe, which was placed in evidence.
11/26 - Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle - 500 block of North Road: At 9:02 a.m. an officer received a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was taken by the victim's 21 year old daughter, who did not have permission to have the car. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
11/29 - Theft $50 to $500 - 100 block of E. Broadway Street: At 12:36 p.m. an officer received a report of a stolen security camera. The camera was used to protect the building's air conditioner unit from being stolen. The camera was able to capture the image of the suspect before being removed. The air conditioner unit was not tampered with.
11/29 - Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 3800 block of New Hope Road: At 7:10 p.m. a victim reported that the tailgate of her 2014 Chevrolet truck was stolen. The vehicle was parked in a lot at business and was stolen while the family was inside the location. The unit, which contained a backup camera system, was valued at $1,500.00.
