12/28 - Disorderly Conduct - 100 block of Peachtree Court: At 2:04 p.m. officers were dispatched to a disturbance. On arrival, a 28 year old female complainant stated that her 53 year old female neighbor had created a disturbance over the complainant's family legally parking on the street for a Christmas celebration. The neighbor was irate because a family member parked where she normally parks her vehicle in front of the multiplex unit. In addition to acting irate, the neighbor was cursing in front of a number of children present at the family gathering. The neighbor was finally calmed by officers and she was issued citations for disorderly conduct (obscene language in a public place) for the disturbance and a citation for blocking the roadway when she couldn't park in her normal spot.

12/29 - Theft of Metals - 300 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 10:30 a.m. an officer responded to a business for a theft report. Person(s) unknown removed the electric meter and several feet of external wiring from the building.

12/29 - Theft $500 to $1,500 - 400 block of Municipal Drive: At 4:43 p.m. a victim reported that his smart phone was stolen in the high school cafeteria. The phone number was moved to a new phone and the old phone was turned off. The victim received a number of calls for another student at the school. The victim believes that the student is the suspect who took the phone. It is still under investigation.

12/29 - Possession of Marijuana - 5000 block of Little School Road: At 9:19 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle to investigate a warrant attached to the license plate number. Upon contacting the 24 year old driver, it was determined that the warrant was for her arrest and issued out of the Euless Police Department. During the interview it was determined that the female was in possession of a bag of marijuana. She stated that the drug belonged to her boyfriend. There was also paraphernalia present for smoking the drug. The female was arrested for the drug violation and the warrant. She was transported to the Mansfield jail without incident.

12/30 - Theft $50 to $500 - 100 block of Industrial Drive: At 9:13 a.m. a victim reported to police that an unknown suspect removed 34 wooden pallets from his business property. The pallets were being stored outside of the building and were valued at $100.00. A video of the theft was available.

12/31 - Lost Property - 400 block of Municipal Drive: At 2:15 p.m. a victim reported that her drivers license was lost, possibly at her gym. The victim needed a report for DPS purposes to get a new license.

01/01 - Missing Person (Juvenile) - 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue: At 4: 24 p.m. a complainant reported that his 15 year old foster son was missing from their home. The child has never before left the house without telling his parents. He was entered into the national missing person database.

01/01 - Criminal Mischief $1,500 to $20,000 - 700 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 4:10 p.m. a victim reported to police that person(s) unknown had removed several feet of wire lead from the power meter. Damage was estimated at $1,500.00.

01/01 - Criminal Trespass - 1200 block of Stonehill Court: At 7:33 p.m. a victim reported to police that his home had been burglarized. The only room that was disturbed was the bedroom belonging to the victim's adult daughter. The victim believes that the suspect is his daughter's ex-husband, who is familiar with how to enter the home and has stolen from the daughter in the past. Although the room was ransacked, there was nothing removed from the room.

01/02 - Accident - 400 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 11:01 a.m. a victim reported to police that her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle while in traffic. When the victim called police to report the accident the other driver left the scene. The victim was able to get a vehicle description and license plate number. Damage to the victim's vehicle was minor and she was not injured.

01/02 - Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information - 400 block of Danny Drive: At 9:40 a.m. a victim reported that her debit card was accessed and $490.00 was removed to be placed onto another debit card. The second card belongs to the victim's ex-boyfriend who had access to the card at one time due to their sharing living quarters. A warrant will be issued at a later date.

01/03 - Emotionally Disturbed Person - 1100 block of Parkview Trail: At 12:22 a.m. officers were dispatched to a report of a medical emergency. Officers discovered a 21 year old male who had taken an overdose of prescription pills in an attempt to harm himself. The male was stabilized by KFD personnel and transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental evaluation.

01/03 - Burglary - 1400 block of Swiney Hiett Road: At 2:05 p.m. a victim reported to police that a home under construction was entered illegally. Person(s) unknown removed several doors and pieces of wood trim without the owner's consent.

01/03 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 5000 block of S. Dick Price Road: At 5:56 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver was wanted by Mansfield for an outstanding warrant. The driver was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver, a 22 year old female, was arrested for the warrant as well being issued citations for speeding and paraphernalia. She was transported to the Mansfield jail without incident.
