08/31 - Theft - 1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: Ay 3:40 a.m. an officer was dispatched to a theft call. The victim reported that he had been in a vehicle with a known suspect and they stopped so the victim could use the restroom at a business. When the victim returned to the parking area the suspect had fled with the victim's belongings.

08/31 - Possession of Controlled Substance - 5300 block of Mansfield Highway: At 4:04 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the interview one of the two occupants was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail for booking.

09/01 - Injury to a Child - 300 block of Springbranch Lane: At 10:07 a.m. an officer received a report from CPS about an 8 year old male having bruises and marks from being disciplined by his parents. The case remains open.

09/01 - Recovered Runaway - 800 block of Mansfield Cardinal Road: At 10:20 a.m. an officer was dispatched to check for a runaway reported to Grand Prairie police. On arrival the 15 year old juvenile was located and detained. He was transported to the juvenile center on Kimbo Road.

09/03 - Missing Person - 500 block of North Road: At 11:40 a.m. an officer received a report on a missing 21 year old female. The female has not been seen or heard from since August 25, 2015.

09/03 - Theft - 900 block of Corry A. Edwards Drive: At 7:13 p.m. a victim reported that his daughter's cell phone was stolen out of her locker at the junior high school. The phone was valued at $540.00.

09/04 - Burglary - 1100 block of Fawn Meadow Trail: At 2:53 p.m. a victim reported that his gaming console and equipment, valued at $430.00, was stolen from his residence. A possible suspect was listed.

09/04 - Credit Card Abuse - 1200 block of Clearbrook Drive: At 3:43 p.m. a victim reported that person(s) unknown had obtained his credit card information and made numerous charges in New York and New Jersey. The victim is unaware of how the information was obtained.

09/08 - Assault (Family Violence) - 200 block of Dick Price Road: At 10:11 p.m. officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. On arrival a 20 year old male was being subdued by two family members. The male was screaming threats and was extremely intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail for booking. During the trip to the jail the suspect threatened repeatedly to shoot both officers. The suspect was turned over to jail personnel without incident and was charged with assault and public intoxication.

09/08 - Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence) - 6300 block of Tealcove Drive: At 12:36 a.m. a victim reported that his girlfriend had assaulted him by striking him in the face twice. The victim stated that they had gotten into a disagreement over her children and he left their residence. As he was getting into his vehicle, the suspect came outside and assaulted him. She ran back into the residence and refused to answer the door when officers knocked. A warrant will be issued for her arrest.

09/08 - Theft - 1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway: At 4:33 a.m. a victim reported that she left a gym bag at a convenience store while airing up her tires. The bag was accidentally left on the ground. Security video showed a male in a pick up truck pull up to the location after the victim departed. The bag was gone when the truck left the area. The bag contained $2,900.00 in electronics.
