09/27 - Public Intoxication - 3800 block of Kennedale New Hope Road: At 8:15 p.m. officers were dispatched to a disturbance at Texas Raceway. A male driver had created a disturbance at the track and left but returned a few minutes later. On the officers' arrival the male was speaking to a member of the security crew. The male was extremely intoxicated and was placed under arrest. He was transported to jail for booking.
09/28 - Criminal Mischief - 800 block of Shady Bend Drive: At 2:22 p.m. officers were dispatched to a neighbor dispute. The complainant stated that his neighbor damaged his landscaping valued at $1,000.00.
09/28 - Theft $100 to $750 - 200 block of Chateau Avenue: At 3:01 p.m. a victim reported the theft of lumber from a construction site. The material was taken during the weekend while the site was closed.
09/28 - DWI - 100 block of N. Little School Road: At 9:31 p.m. officers were dispatched to a possible DWI. On arrival a maroon PT Cruiser was found stopped in a traffic roundabout with an unconscious female in the driver's seat. A male was in the front passenger seat and was also losing consciousness as officers conducted their investigation. Both subjects appeared to have ingested an unknown narcotic. Officer obtained a blood draw warrant for the female in order to file a DWI charge. The blood was drawn by the hospital after both subjects were transported for treatment.
09/29 - Reckless Damage or Destruction - 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue: At 12:05 p.m. a complainant filed a report on a damaged mailbox. A moving company truck damaged the mailbox while pulling into the driveway.
09/29 - Harassment - 500 block of Corry A., Edwards Drive: At 1:40 p.m. a victim reported that she is being harassed by her estranged husband. The suspect is sending unwanted text messages and making unwanted calls trying to contact the victim. The victim fears for her safety and does not want to be contacted by the suspect.
09/30 - Assault by Contact - 100 block of Mistletoe Drive: At 4:23 p.m. a parent reported that his 11 year old son was assaulted at school. The suspect is known to the victim. The assault was the result of an altercation in the cafeteria. The assault occurred later in a restroom.
09/30 - Abandoned/Found Property - 300 block of Arthur Drive: At 5:20 p.m. officers were dispatched to an investigation. A male was believed to be intoxicated but turned out to be dehydrated. During the investigation officers obtained a driver's license for a male not present at the scene. The license was taken and placed in property until the owner can be contacted to pick it up.
09/30 - Missing Person - 200 block of Sulphur Drive: At 7:20 p.m. a special needs adult was reported missing from a group home. While the Kennedale officers were searching for the victim, he was found by Fort Worth police officers and was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention. Caretakers were notified of the victim's location.
09/30 - Found Property - 400 block of Municipal Drive: At 9:15 p.m. a male approached an officer at the police facility and requested medical attention due to physical difficulties. After being transported to the hospital by medics it was discovered that the victim left a number of personal items at the police department. The items were placed in property for safe keeping.
10/01 - Recovered Runaway - 300 block of Springbranch Lane: At 1:31 a.m. officers responded to a meet complainant call. A complainant stated that her daughter's 16 year old boyfriend was at the residence and had nowhere to go for the night. A computer check of the male subject revealed him to be a runaway from Arlington with a Directive to Apprehend issued by juvenile authorities. Before he could be handcuffed the juvenile fled on foot. He was taken into custody after a brief foot chase by officers and was transported to the juvenile detention center.
10/01 - Theft Under $100 - 600 block of Ruth Drive: At 8:49 p.m. a victim reported that his temporary ;license plate was taken from his vehicle, possibly in Arlington.
10/02 - Missing Person - 900 block of Wildcat Way: At 6:44 p.m. a complainant reported that his 17 year old foster daughter had left Kennedale High School with an unknown male in a Toyota truck. It is unknown where the foster daughter went or who the male was. She was reported as missing.
10/03 - Injured Person - 1100 block of Falcon Ridge Drive: At 11:30 p.m. two victims reported that their dogs were attacked while being walked in their neighborhood. The attacking dogs were two Labrador retrievers that are unknown to the victims. During the attack one of the victims fell and struck his head.
10/03 - Theft $30,000 to $150,000 - 900 block of E. Kennedale Parkway: At 10:52 a.m. a victim reported that a known male removed a large amount of office equipment from her closed business. The suspect had leased the building and equipment from the victim before closing the business.
10/03 - Missing Person - 400 block of Municipal Drive: At 6:30 p.m. a complainant reported his sister as missing. After contacting a friend of the sister, it was determined that she is not missing and is in good health.
