10/04 - Burglary - 600 block of Reeves Lane: At 1:15 p.m. a victim reported that her home was burglarized while she was away. Person(s) unknown entered the unlocked home and removed furniture and electronics valued at $3,000.00.

10/04 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 300 block of S. New Hope Road: At 9:34 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. On arrival the suspect had moved to a separate location nearby. A visual inspection of the suspect's vehicle revealed narcotics paraphernalia in plain view. The suspect was located and returned to the vehicle. He was arrested and charged for the paraphernalia.

10/05 - Emotionally Disturbed Person - 700 block of Woodland Court: At 1:05 a.m. officers responded to a suspicious female. When contacted, the female appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic. She admitted to the officer that she had just used methamphetamine. The female was hallucinating badly and was a danger to herself. She was transported to JPS Hospital for treatment as her hallucinations were increasing. She was admitted to the hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.

10/05 - Vehicle Burglary - 6700 block of Hudson Village Creek Road: At 12:21 p.m. a victim reported that the tailgate to his 2005 Dodge Ram truck was stolen. It was taken while the truck was parked in a business parking lot. The tailgate was valued at $1,000.00.

10/05 - Emotionally Disturbed Person - 300 block of E. Kennedale Parkway: At 9:17 p.m. an officer observed a female walking in the roadway. The female was incoherent and unable to provide answers to simple questions such as what the date and year were. She was detained and transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency detention and evaluation.

10/06 - Abandoned Vehicle - 900 block of N. Little School Road: At 1:11 a.m. an officer discovered a 1997 Mercedes abandoned in the roadway. The driver could not be located and the registration was out of Dallas. The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping until the owner can be notified.

10/07 - Information Report - 800 block of W. I-20: At 8:59 p.m. officers responded to a report of possible child abuse. A 14 year old female victim reported that she had been physically abused by her father earlier in the day. The victim had no injuries consistent with her story but was insistent that the assault took place. A report was made and forwarded to Child Protective Services for further follow-up.

10/09 - Abandoned/Found Property - 200 block of S. New Hope Road: At 8:40 a.m. a city worker found an abandoned girl's bicycle in Sonora Park. The bike was turned over to police for safekeeping.

10/09 - Assault (Bodily Injury) - 100 block of Peachtree Court: At 2:12 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. The victim reported that a known male had come to her home and had assaulted her during an argument. The victim had minor injuries to her face but refused to fill out any paperwork or to cooperate with officers. The suspect had fled the scene before officers arrived and was not located.

10/09 - Theft $500 to $1,500 - 100 block of S. New Hope Road: At 3:40 p.m. a victim reported that his utility trailer was stolen from his driveway during the day. The trailer was valued at $1,200.00.

10/09 - Sexual Assault - 6300 block of Tealcove Lane: At 10:56 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance. A complainant reported that a male acquaintance had come over to his residence and was intoxicated. The intoxicated male was on the scene and had been cut by broken glass from a window. During his treatment, the male indicated that he believed he had been sexually assaulted by the complainant earlier in the evening. The victim believed that he was given a drugged drink before being assaulted and that was the reason for the intoxication. A report was made for follow-up by detectives.

10/10 - Theft $750 to $2,500 - 6800 block of Oakcrest Drive: At 6:25 p.m. a victim reported that his 1992 Lincoln was taken from his place of employment. The vehicle was taken during the workday and was valued at $2,000.00.
