2/10 - Burglary of Vehicle - 1500 block of Gilman Road: At 7:27 p.m. an officer received a report of a vehicle burglary. A victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the driver side window of her gray Hyundai and removed a backpack and wallet.
2/11 - Burglary of Vehicle - 900 block of Wildcat Way: At 8:23 p.m. a victim reported to police that his 2004 Chevrolet truck was burglarized. Unknown person(s) removed both tail lamp assemblies from the vehicle. Damage was estimated at $281.20.
2/13 - Theft $2,500 to $30,000 - 800 block of Whitley Court: At 4:00 p.m. a victim reported that his flatbed trailer was taken from his driveway. The trailer contained a Kawasaki ATV and a tool box. The total loss was placed at $7,070.00.
2/15 - Criminal Mischief $100 to $750 - 700 block of Woodland Court: At 10:48 a.m. a victim reported to police that his GMC Sierra truck was damaged by a possible suspect who sruck the driver side door. The suspect is a juvenile that lives in the area.
2/15 - Publish/ Threat to Publish Intimate/ Interfere w/ Public Duties - 900 block of Wildcat Way: A school resource officer was contacted by school staff in regards to a possible sexual assault of a student. The assault was allegedly videoed by the suspect. The suspect was reported to have allegedly videoed other encounters with female students and had sent them through text messages. Arlington Police have been called in as the sexual assault occurred in their city. The case is open and under further investigation.
2/14 - Burglary of Vehicle - 7900 block of E. Kennedale Parkway: At 10:17 p.m. an officer received a report of a stolen catalytic convertor. A witness reported that two males appeared to be sawing a catalytic convertor off of a commercial box truck when they were scared off by the witness. The suspects left the area on Kennedale Parkway.
2/15 - Criminal Mischief $2,500 to $30,000 - 800 block of Woodland Court: At 4:03 p.m. a victim reported that a suspect damaged her vehicle with a baseball bat. The suspect, an ex-girlfriend of the victim’s husband, struck the victim’s red Nissan multiple times, causing approximately $5,000 in damage. There was a witness to the offense.
2/16 - Theft $7,500 to $2500 - 200 block of N. Joplin Road: At 9:33 a.m. officers responded to a report of a tire theft in progress. The suspect vehicle license plate showed it to be stolen out of Arlington. The vehicle left the scene and was followed by a witness who contacted police. The officers were able to catch up to the vehicle on Anglin Drive in Forest Hill. The suspect stopped suddenly and fled on foot into a wooded area. Officers gave chase but were unable to overtake him. The stolen vehicle and tires were recovered for return to the owners.
