5/19 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
300 block of Daleview Drive
At 5:16 a.m. officers responded to an intentional overdose call. An adult female was conscious but was semi-coherent. The female stated that she took an overdose of blood pressure medication. The female was checked by medics and then was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation. 

5/19 — Assault Bodily Injury
300 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 2:45 a.m. officers responded to a report of an assault. A juvenile male victim reported that he had been assaulted by several subjects at the car wash on Corry A. Edwards Drive at Kennedale Parkway. The assault was reported by a neighbor who heard loud voices and observed the injured victim walking to his home a short distance away. The victim was able to identify a possible suspect. 

5/19 — Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
1000 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 5:56 p.m. an officer observed a suspicious vehicle at a business. Upon stopping to investigate, it was discovered to be the manager of the business. The officer discovered through a computer check that the manager’s vehicle was reported stolen out of Fort Worth. The manager was placed under arrest and the vehicle, a black Chevrolet Silverado, was impounded to be held for Fort Worth.

5/19 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
700 block of E. Kennedale Parkway
At 7:31 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance. On arrival, a female was located in a residence and a male was sitting on a car outside. The female had a bloody nose and appeared to have been assaulted. The female reported that the male had assaulted her. When officers attempted to speak with the male he became belligerent and began to resist being searched and handcuffed. The male was found to have Xanax and a meth pipe on him as well as three outstanding arrest warrants from Burleson. The suspect was arrested for the narcotics and the family violence assault. He was transported to jail for booking. 

5/20 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
100 block of Oakwood Lane
At 12:01 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A mother reported being assaulted by her adult son during an altercation. The assault was confirmed by the suspect’s father, who was at home during the altercation. The male was arrested for the assault as well as outstanding warrants from Arlington and Forest Hill. 

5/20 — Burglary
500 block of Sublett Road
At 10:16 a.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) had entered a fenced-in area at the rear of his business property and removed several hundred dollars in tools from a vehicle and a shed. 

5/20 — Theft $100 to $750
200 block of Valley Lane
At 1:12 p.m. a victim reported that an unknown person(s) removed approximately 600 gallons of diesel fuel from his business tank. 

5/21 — Theft $100 to $750
200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 11:35 a.m. a victim reported that a male came into the business and removed a drill set without paying. The suspect drove away in a black Honda CR-V. A video of the offense was available.

5/21 — Hit and Run Accident
600 block of N. Little School Road
At 9:10 p.m. officers responded to a hit and run accident. A female victim reported that her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle driven by an unknown female. The accident damaged the victim’s rear bumper and back windshield. The victim provided a description and a license number for the suspect. The vehicle registered to a residence in Kennedale. The officer was able to locate the suspect vehicle but was unable to get the suspect to answer the door. 

5/21 — Criminal Mischief $2,500 of $30,000
400 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 1:55 p.m. a victim reported that the copper lines to his outdoor air conditioning compressor had been cut in an attempt to steal the unit. 

5/22 — Sexual Assault of a Child (Contact)
300 block of S. New Hope Road
At 1:07 p.m. detectives received a report through CPS of a sexual assault of a child. 

5/22 — Indecency w/ Child Sexual (Contact)
400 block of Mansfield Cardinal Road
At 1:07 p.m. detectives received a report of sexual abuse of two children who live at the same address. The report came through CPS. 

5/22 — Missing Person (Adult)
400 block of Mansfield Cardinal Road
At 2:07 p.m. an officer received a report of a missing adult male. The male was reported to be suffering from a head injury and has trouble with short term memory at times. 

5/22 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
500 block of Corry A. Edwards Drive
At 4:57 p.m. officers responded to an emotionally disturbed person threatening to harm herself. The female, an adult, was located in a residence. The female did confirm that she was intent upon suicide and was taken into custody. She was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation. 

5/22 — Incident (Other)
100 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
On this date, a school resource officer received a CPS report of possible child abuse. The victim was an elementary school student. After interviewing the student and faculty/staff, the officer spoke to the CPS investigator, who had interviewed the possible suspect/parent. Both officers agreed that there were no indicators of child abuse in the home. 

5/23 — Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon
700 block of E. Kennedale Parkway
At 6:47 p.m. officers responded to a report of a person with a gun. A male in a white Dodge truck had allegedly pointed a handgun at a complainant. The vehicle was located a short distance away and stopped by officers. The male driver was observed with a handgun in the front seat as well as a rifle in the rear window. The male was placed under arrest for a felon in possession of a firearm due to past convictions. 

5/23 — Sexual Assault
900 block of Wildcat Way
On this date, a school resource officer received a report of a sexual assault of a juvenile male by a female. It was reported that the female forced the male, who has a developmental disorder, to inappropriately touch her during class. The case is under investigation. 

5/23 — Sexual Assault
100 block of Peachtree Court
At 1:00 p.m. a school resource officer received a report of a sexual assault. A male juvenile was reported to have sexually assaulted a female victim at her home. The case is under investigation. 

5/23 — Assault by Contact
700 block of Woodland Court
On this date, a female victim reported that she had been assaulted by another female who lived on her street. The victim reported that the suspect had been driving aggressively in Arlington and both vehicles turned onto the same street. The suspect lived several doors down from the victim. When confronted about the aggressive driving, the suspect spit on the victim. 

5/25 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
500 block of North Road
At 7:37 p.m. officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. A male was located carrying a large knife and appeared to be in some sort of mental distress. After disarming the male the officer detained him for an emergency mental evaluation. He was transported to JPS Hospital. 

5/25 — Public Intoxication
500 block of North Road
At 7:58 p.m. officers responded to a report of a person with a gun. On arrival, officers met with a male victim who stated that the suspect male had been threatening to him and had tried to assault him. The suspect was located and was briefly aggressive toward officers before being placed in custody for public intoxication (narcotics). No weapon was located.

5/25 — Burglary
4200 block of Dick Price Road
At 4:20 p.m. an officer discovered a business that had been forcibly entered. The manager reported nothing of value missing. Two nearby businesses also had damage to buildings and equipment with tools missing.
