Have you noticed the flagging of utility lines in Crestdale recently? The City of Kennedale has partnered with The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) to add sidewalks and crosswalks in the neighborhoods surrounding James F. Delaney Elementary and James A. Arthur Intermediate through the "Safe Routes to School" program.
