11/30 — Burglary of Vehicle
1000 block of Bowman Springs Road
At 6:03 p.m. a victim reported a burglary of a vehicle. The vehicle belonged to the victim’s employer/business. Unknown person(s) entered the vehicle, a Ford van, and removed a fire extinguisher and front license plate. Suspect(s) also damaged the ignition cover.
11/30 — Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence
5600 block of E. IH 20
At 9:13 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The male driver was in possession of a small bag of pills but swallowed them before the officer could gain possession of them for investigation. The driver was evaluated by paramedics and was not transported for treatment. Investigators will follow-up for charges against the driver.
12/01 —Assault by Contact (Family Violence)
100 block of Peachtree Court
At 9:27 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A male and female had been arguing and began to wrestle over a cell phone. No one was injured and both persons refused to file charges. The male left the residence as it was discovered that he doesn’t actually live there.
12/02 — Missing Person (Juvenile)
400 block of Municipal Drive
At 6:57 p.m. an officer received a report of a runaway juvenile male. The juvenile has run away from home on numerous occasions in the past. A report was filed.
12/02 — Assault (Family/Household Member) (Impede Breath/Circulation)
500 block of North Road
At 8:14 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A female victim reported that a male suspect had assaulted her during an argument and had impeded her breathing momentarily. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail for booking.
12/05 — Assault by Contact
1100 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:54 p.m. officers responded to a road rage incident. A male and female had been in an argument at a business when the male assaulted the female. The male suspect was cited for the assault.
12/05 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
600 block of E. Kennedale Parkway
At 2:28 p.m. a female victim came to the police department to report an assault that occurred at another location. The victim was assaulted by a known male suspect who was not present at the time of the report. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.
12/05 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
1400 block of Gilman Road
At 1:28 p.m. officers responded to a report of an emotionally disturbed person. An adult male was in mental distress and threatening to commit self-harm. Due to a pre-existing injury, the victim was transported by the fire department ambulance to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.
12/05 — Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Info
6300 block of Tealcove Drive
At 3:30 p.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) had used her identity to purchase a vehicle and insurance.
