At 8:22 a.m. a victim reported a 2015 Chrysler 200 stolen from in front of her residence.
2/07 — Assault by Contact
500 block of North Road
At 5:57 p.m. officers responded to a report of an assault. A female victim reported being assaulted by a known female suspect during an argument. The suspect was not on scene when officers arrived.
2/08 — Theft of Material (Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass)
500 block of North Road
At 8:38 a.m. a victim reported the theft of copper from his business storage yard.
2/09 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
500 block of Sublett Road
At 6:14 p.m. officers responded to an emotionally disturbed person. A female was having a mental illness episode and presented a danger to herself. She was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.
2/10 — Theft $2,500 to $30,000
700 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:04 p.m. a victim reported that her vehicle had been loaned to a known male acquaintance. The male failed to return the vehicle on the agreed date. The vehicle was reported as stolen.
2/11 — Assault Bodily Injury
300 block of W. Broadway Street
At 10:30 a.m. a victim came to the police department to report an assault that occurred the day before. The victim reported that she had been assaulted by a known female suspect. The assault, which caused injury to the victim’s face and head, occurred at the residence of a mutual friend of both the victim and suspect.
2/12 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 10:10 a.m. a female reported that her friend was in an abusive relationship and had been assaulted. The victim was contacted and reported that her husband had assaulted her due to it taking so long for the victim to bond him out of jail on an unrelated charge.
2/13 —Assault by Contact
200 block of S. New Hope Road
At 10:50 p.m. a female victim reported that a known male was paroled from prison and was awaiting assignment to his brother’s residence. Until the brother was contacted the parolee was released to the victim’s residence. The suspect was reported to be harassing the victim and the victim wanted him to leave the residence. The suspect claimed the victim had assaulted him but would not cooperate with the officers conducting the investigation. The suspect left to go to his brother’s home.
