100 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:49 p.m. an officer responded to a shoplifting complaint. A business reported that a male suspect had entered the store and left carrying several bottles of laundry detergent. The theft occurred at 3:10 p.m. and was captured on security video.
2/15 — Missing Person (Adult)
400 block of Municipal Drive
At 10:02 p.m. an officer received a call in reference to a missing adult female. The female was driving home to Kennedale from a location in Johnson County when she went missing in her 2008 GMC pickup.
2/15 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
300 block of Creekwood Court
At 5:03 p.m. officers responded to an emotionally disturbed person. An adult male was having a mental illness episode and made a statement to family members that he wanted to die. The male was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.
2/16 — Burglary
400 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 10:31 a.m. officers found a burglary of a business. Unknown suspect(s) broke out a door window and removed a cash register.
2/16 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
6300 block of Tealpond Drive
At 1:38 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A female victim reported that her husband had assaulted her and took her phone to prevent her from calling the police. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
2/15 — Abandoned Vehicle
5700 block of Wildcat Way
At 7:15 a.m. an officer discovered an abandoned vehicle in the roadway. The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping.
2/17 — Missing Person (Adult)
300 block of Pine Meadow Drive
At 7:25 p.m. a female reported her husband missing. The female had been on a trip and her husband failed to pick her up on her return. She has not heard from him.
2/18 — Application for Mental Detention and Observation
400 block of Caymus Street
At 4:10 p.m. officers responded to an emotionally disturbed person. An adult male had been threatening family members and was not taking prescribed medications for mental illness. The male was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.

700 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:00 p.m. a victim reported that suspect(s) were using his company name to solicit money from and defraud other companies.

400 block of Municipal Drive
At 9:14 p.m. a female victim reported being harassed by her ex-boyfriend. The harassment included phone calls and text messages. The activity did not rise to the level of an offense but it was documented in a report for future reference.
