100 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 12:59 p.m. a business employee reported a theft from her employer. A suspect was observed on security video leaving with items that were not paid for.
3/08 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
1000 block of Chandler Street
At 4:38 p.m. officers responded to an assault. A female victim reported being assaulted by her husband during an argument. The suspect admitted to the physical contact and was placed under arrest. He was transported to jail for booking.
3/07 — Exploitation Child/Elderly/Disabled
400 block of Municipal Drive
At 8:20 p.m. a complainant reported that a known female suspect may be victimizing the complainant’s mother. The suspect was reported to have moved in with the victim and has been using funds from the victim’s bank account without permission.
3/08 — Burglary
7000 block of E. Kennedale Parkway
At 5:51 a.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) broke out the front door window of the business and removed the cash register. The offense occurred in the overnight hours.
3/09 — Drugs/Narcotics
200 block of Oak Ridge Trail
At 6:12 a.m. officers responded to a suspicious vehicle. A black 2001 Mercedes was parked in the middle of the roadway with a male in the driver’s seat. The male was very disoriented and/or intoxicated and was unable to answer simple questions posed to him. The driver was found to be in possession of Xanax, methamphetamine, and marijuana. The driver was arrested for transport to jail. The vehicle was impounded.
3/10 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
1200 block of W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:58 p.m. officers responded to a fight in progress between several armed participants. On arrival, officers found that the fight was a domestic disturbance between a male and female with several family members attempting to stop the altercation. The female was determined to have pulled into the parking lot of a business and began to assault the male victim. This assault was the result of an earlier confrontation in Fort Worth that the victim drove away from. The female was placed under arrest for family violence assault due to a co-parenting relationship. A firearm was found in one of the vehicles but had not been brandished during the incident. The suspect was transported to jail for booking.
3/12 — Recovered Stolen Vehicle (Other Agency)
800 block of Trent Street
At 4:42 p.m. officers responded to an investigation. A building owner reported renting storage space to a known person. The rent was four months overdue and the renter left a partially stripped Chevrolet pickup truck. The truck was reported stolen out of Fort Worth in October of 2020. The vehicle was recovered for Fort Worth police.
3/13 — Theft of Materials ALUM/BRNZ/COPPER/BRASS Under 30,000
100 block of Industrial Drive
At 1:50 p.m. a victim reported that unknown persons removed a large amount of scrap aluminum from his business property. The theft was captured on video security cameras.
