12/24/2012: Assault Bodily Injury (Family Member) & Resist Arrest, Search, or Transport - 200 block of Pine Meadows - Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 1:42 p.m. Upon arrival the officers made contact with a female victim who stated that she had been assaulted by a male family member. The victim exhibited wounds consistant with an assault. The male actor was in an obvious state of intoxication and was arrested for assault bodily injury (family member). During the booking process the suspect began to actively resist being booked in and had to be restrained by officers.
12/25/2012: Assault by Contact - 800 block of Woodland Court - At 3:24 p.m. officers responded to a welfare check. On arrival officers made contact with a female victim who stated that she and her husband were in an argument when the husband pushed her several times. The victim sustained no injuries. The husband, who had left prior to officers arriving, has been charged with assault by contact.
12/28/2012: Theft $50 to $500 - 1200 block of Swiney Hiett Road - Victim reported unknown person(s) removed a lawn mower from the property. The mower is valued at $200.
12/29/2012: Burglary of a Vehicle - 900 block of Wildcat Way - At 12:58 p.m. an officer responded to a reported vehicle damage call. On arrival it was reported that person(s) unknown had broken a passenger indow on a Mitsubishi Outlander and removed a purse. The offense occurred during a basketball tournament at the high school. The value of the purse and contents was listed at $410. Damage to the window was estimated at $310.
12/29/2012: Theft $1,500 to $20,000 - 600 block of Reeves - At 4:08 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle, a gray Ford F250, was removed from the driveway of the home by unknown person(s) between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. while the victim was home.
12/29/2012: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 7200 block of I-20 Service Road - At 11:58 p.m., during a traffic stop for speeding, an officer discovered the vehicle operator to be in possession of items commonly used to weigh, package, and distribute narcotics. The evidence was seized and the driver issued a citation for the paraphernalia.
