Application to Serve on an Advisory Board

  1. Thank you for your interest in serving our community. Input from residents is key to the success of any city.

Appointments are at the sole discretion of the City Council. Applications are evaluated during late summer; and appointments are typically made at Council's regular meeting in September. However, if there are vacancies available, sometimes appointments are made out of cycle. Please apply now, and the City Secretary's Office will keep your application on file until the next appointment period. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please review all eligibility requirements and ensure that your schedule allows for you to attend your board's regular meetings. Visit to find a link to each board, which will include information about their regular meeting schedule.
