FIRE DEPARTMENT INTEREST CARD

  1. The Kennedale Fire Department is currently accepting Job Interest Cards. There are multiple positions available. 

    Starting pay for fully certified Firefighter/Paramedics is $70,096.00 annually, plus FLSA Overtime, Certification Pay, & Benefits.

    Starting pay for Paramedic Only Candidates is $60,000.00 through completion of Fire Academy, plus FLSA Overtime & Benefits. 


    Please note that this is not an application for employment, nor an offer of employment. By submitting a Job Interest Card, you are stating that you have proof of minimum qualifications.

  2. Candidates possessing one (1) of the following sets of credentials will be emailed a Personal History Packet:
    • Texas Commission on Fire Protection Certified Firefighter AND National Registry or Texas Department of Health Paramedic
    • National Registry or Texas Department of Health Paramedic only
    • Out-of-State candidates must meet all the requirements outlined by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.

  8. Current TCC Physical Agility Test*

    Do you have a TCC Physical Agility Test certificate dated between 4/30/2024 and 10/31/2024?
