Irrigation and Water Conservation
Be Water Wise
Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., lawns and landscaping may only be watered with a handheld hose, drip irrigation, a soaker hose, or a tree bubbler. Each address can run sprinklers (automated or attached to a hose) 6:00 p.m and 10:00 a.m., on two designated days each week. Please remember to conserve water.
Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plans
In addition to paying your utility bill via the customer service portal, you can also:
View remote read meter consumption data
Review your transaction and payment history (since Arlington Water Utilities became the utility billing and customer service provider)
Analyze and download water and sewer usage
Add multiple accounts to your web profile
Subscribe to receive high usage alerts and continuous usage notifications
To create an account, you'll need your account number from an Arlington Water Utilities invoice. For questions, please call 817-985-2120.
Residential Sprinkler System Evaluation Program
The City of Kennedale, in cooperation with the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD), is proud to offer residential customers a no-cost sprinkler system evaluation.
During your appointment, a licensed irrigation specialist will provide basic knowledge about how your specific system works, feedback on the current condition of the equipment, and recommendations to make your outdoor watering more efficient. There will be no expectation or pressure to make any recommended changes, however.

Customer Service
NOTICE: We are currently in the process of transitioning utility billing and customer service from MuniBilling to the City of Arlington. Customers will not be able to make payments via MuniBilling at this time. Please hold payments until you have received your first invoice from the City of Arlington. Until then, you will not be able to set up an account on the Arlington Water Utilities site. We understand you may have a payment that is past due or due soon. Rest assured that service is not being cut off and no late fees will be assessed during this transition. Watch for your new account number on the first Arlington Water Utilities invoice (which should arrive on or about February 8). Find out more here.
